1. All transactions on this site are strictly between our members and our partner suppliers. CurlyWorm.com merely facilitates those transactions and accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any dispute that may arise thereafter. Remember you must purchase online and you must use the email address that you signed up with on Curlyworm in order for your activity to be tracked! Bookings made via the phone will not be credited. 2. It is the responsibility of members to familiarise themselves with the particular Terms & Conditions of each of our partner suppliers before making a purchase. This applies in particular to terms of payment and any limitations regarding geographic location or delivery of goods.
3. The commission on any transaction only becomes payable to the member after CurlyWorm.com has duly received that commission from the partner supplier concerned. In the unlikely event that CurlyWorm.com is not paid a commission by a partner supplier for a particular transaction CurlyWorm.com is not liable for payment of that commission to the member.
4. Commissions are payable only on transactions that are generated online through the Members Area of this site. Transactions generated outside of the Members Area or transactions that are generated by telephone within the Members Area do not earn commission.
5. Membership of CurlyWorm.com is strictly limited to non commercial personal use. Membership may be used to make bookings/purchases for immediate family members and to facilitate a group booking by the member. Membership may not be used for any commercial purpose nor may any member allow his/her user name and password be used by another to gain entry to the Members Area. Any breach of these terms will result in immediate cancellation of membership and forfeiture of all rights to any commissions accrued.
6. It is the responsibility of members to facilitate CurlyWorm.com in making the various cash back payments to the members by supplying CurlyWorm.com with their relevant up-to-date details, in particular their up-to-date email address. CurlyWorm.com accepts no responsibility for unpaid cash back where members fail to supply an up-to-date email address.
7. In paying cash back to members CurlyWorm.com retains the right to charge a small fee to cover transaction and administration costs. This fee currently stands at 1 euro per transaction and is simply to defray expenses we incur in making refunds through PayPal.
8. The base currency for all commissions paid by CurlyWorm.com to its members is the euro. All references to the pound sterling and the U.S. dollar on this site, other than in the websites of our partner suppliers, are to be taken as approximations only and are subject to the standard currency exchange rate applicable at time of payment.
9. All bookings/reservations must be made online. No credit is given for any bookings made via the phone or by using a partner site after first browsing our site as these transactions will not be recorded.
10. Curlyworm.com act in good faith. We will endeavour to try and resolve any queries as best we can-however we ultimately cannot be held responsible for any issues that are out of our control.
11. By joining Curlyworm.com you agree to receive occasional email newsletters from us detailing new products, services or offers we feel may be of interest to our members.
12. Payments are made for accounts totalling €25. Please note that you must accumulate at least €25 before you will be paid your Sign Up Gift of €5.
